Komodo Liveaboard Cruises is run as a working desk, not a directory of headshots. Bookings, dive planning, vessel checks and guest care are handled by the operations team at Komodo Luxury, and the coordinator who answers your first message stays with your booking through to disembarkation.
We would rather publish what the desk does than a set of staff biographies. Cruise operations hold the itineraries, cabin allocations and Labuan Bajo logistics. Dive planning covers site selection, briefing standards, and the conditions under which we move a dive or call it off. Fleet and safety cover vessel documentation, equipment checks, and the decision to sail or stay in port. Guest experience handles dietary requirements, cabin preferences, and the small arrangements that turn a schedule into a trip worth repeating.
There are two things this desk will not do. We do not publish certifications, licence numbers or academic titles for individual staff, because we cannot keep such claims current and verifiable for every voyage. And where a park rule, a permit fee or a vessel specification has not been confirmed against an official source or the operator’s own paperwork, we say so on the page instead of filling the gap.
Write to the desk through our contact page and you will reach the people who actually run the voyage.
